U.S. Facebook Traffic Approaching Google and Yahoo
By Anna Johnson on June 15th, 2009Compete’s May web analytics data indicates that U.S. traffic to Facebook.com reached 113 million in May 2009. This is based on 82.9 million unique visitors to Facebook’s main site and another 65 million to Facebook Connect sites.
According to Compete, Facebook is not far off matching (or exceeding) Google and Yahoo in terms of monthly traffic. It has already surpassed that of MSN.com.
Compete data indicates that Google had a total of 145.5 million unique visitors in May, while Yahoo had 135.5 million, and MSN.com had 97.5 million.
