U.S. Small Businesses Consider Website a Top Priority
By Anna Johnson on February 25th, 2010Small businesses in the United States consider their website a top technology priority in the next two years, intending to either invest in new features / functionality for their existing website or build a new site from scratch.
These are the key findings of the December 2009 Small Business Success Index (SBSI) sponsored by Network Solutions and the Center for Excellence in Service at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.
According to the SBSI study, small businesses rank the ability to showcase their products and services online to attract new customers as their second most important technology investment in the next two years, with social media investments their third top priority.
