Hollywood television and movie trade publication, Variety, reports that a new television series starring, of all things, Twitter, is in the works.

Author and screenwriter, Amy Ephron, conceived the idea and will be an executive producer on the series. The show will be developed and produced by Reveille and Brillstein Entertainment.

Not much is known about the content or style of the show. Apparently it will bring the ‘immediacy of Twitter to life on TV.’ How it will do so remains to be seen… I’m certainly curious!
