Twingly Lets You Search Twitter and Other Microblog Sites
By Anna Johnson on January 22nd, 2009Want to tap into what competitors or customers are saying on the microblogging sites? Want to get better results when you search… and be able to search multiple microblogging sites at once? Enter Twingly, which enables you to search Twitter and other microblogging sites in one hit.
Sweden based Twingly has launched a new microblogging search tool that enables you to search the conversations on microblogging sites such as Twitter, Jaiku, Identi.ca, Bleeper.de, Bloggy.se and even the archives of the now-defunct Pownce.
Twingly CEO Martin Kllstrm says that Friendfeed will soon be added to the mix.
You can also use the tool to be updated on conversations about certain topics, and have the ability to create keyword alerts sent to you via RSS or email.
