The No. 1 Way To Increase Conversions

It should come as no surprise that the number one best way to increase conversions is to TEST.

That’s right, it’s as straight-forward as split-testing two or more executions, working out which one is the winner, then testing another execution against the winner, and continuing to ‘beat your best’ in order to progressively increase your conversion rate.

So too, 92 percent of companies recently surveyed by Econsultancy said that A/B testing was a valuable way to increase conversions, with more than 50 percent deeming it as a highly valuable way to improve conversions, and another 42 percent saying it was quite valuable.

Getting the very best results, however, requires a concerted and consistent testing effort. Indeed, Econsultancy discovered that an organization was more than twice as likely to achieve higher conversion rates if there was a staff member directly responsible for conversion.
