First of all, InLinks is just a copy of LinkXL.com that has been out for over a year and a half. ( ref: http://www.linkxl.com/blog/linuxcom-likes-linkxl/87/ ) The paid links controversy is nothing new, and Google should not want to go down the comparison to the FCC guidelines road. LinkXL.com has offered their protected footprint that is free from paid link detection in an automated environment for a long time now, and has had the gripes of Google with personal visits to their booth at PubCon 2007 by Matt Cutts and Brian White. They need to fix their algo to detect paid links, and if you want a really good paid PR7 link- go buy a Google Mini Server. With that purchase you get a textimonial link on a PR7 Google page.

Com'on- what is a paid link already?
