Internet Explorer 8 Raises Browser Bar?
By Anna Johnson on August 28th, 2008Currently available in beta, Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 8 may raise the bar for all web browsers.
This may sound hard to believe for die-hard Firefox users… but IE8 really does have some innovative features going for it.
For example, there’s the ability to browse in private (without anyone else knowing about it later) called InPrivate… automatic web mapping when your cursor moves over, for example, an address on a website (no copying and pasting required)… and the isolation of tabbed websites, which means that a faulty website will only crash that tab, not the whole browser.
