How To Increase Customer Survey Conversions

- The shorter the better. If you must have a long form, include an option for the user to “save” their results and come back later. (This generally only applies to application forms).
- Easy questions, and positive, inspirational questions, first.Personal questions and contact details last.
- Reassuring, “we won’t give or sell your email address to anyone” message below the email submission box.
