How Much Are We Paying For Our Excuses?
By Anna Johnson on November 27th, 2009When someone says they can’t lose weight because they don’t have time for exercise or because it’s too hard to change their diet… how much are they paying for their excuses?
When someone says they can’t start their dream business because they don’t have enough time, people, money, etc (despite others building successful businesses with even fewer such resources)… how much are they paying for their excuses?
Actually, we can work out exactly how much we pay for our excuses.
It’s the extra pounds and health problems we experience by not doing something about our weight. It’s the time we spend in a job we hate, the lack of freedom and the financial difficulties we experience because we haven’t started our business.
Think of anything you are putting off doing and ask yourself: why?
Then ask yourself: how much are you paying for those excuses? And is the price you’re paying really worth it?
