Google Introduces Location Based Search Results For Android Users
By Anna Johnson on February 2nd, 2010Google is now offering location-based search suggestions to users of Android powered mobile devices.
An Android user can now enter a query into Google on their mobile device and Google will generate suggestions based on the physical location of the search engine user.

Based on the user’s location, Google offers suggestions such as “museum of science boston” and “museum of fine arts boston” since people near Boston frequently look for these particular museums.
