Free Course on Creating Your Own iPhone Apps

Want to create your very own iPhone application? Want to learn from none other than the Stanford University computer science department (you know, where the Google founders and too many other tech legends to name went to college?)… for free?

You’re in luck. Stanford University is posting the video classes from its 10 week course, iPhone Application Programming, at Stanford on iTunes U.

You’ll see the same lectures as the on-campus students, but just won’t receive credit for the course.

This is a great initiative for fledgling iPhone programmers and, interestingly, continues the trend of universities opening up their course content to the public…
