Figures from Nielsen show that in June the average visitor to Facebook spent over 4.5 hours on the site.
According to Silicon Alley Insider, that’s over an hour more than the average Yahoo user spent using Yahoo.
With about 200 million active Facebook users, the upshot is that users spent more than a billion hours on Facebook during the month.
