Data from Domainer Income shows that domain names including the word ‘online’ are the most popular type of domain name being registered right now.

Other popular types of domains include those featuring such words as ‘free’, ‘consulting’ and ‘web’.

Just as many people and companies are registering domain names containing ‘online’ so too are many registrants looking for refunds for such domains or letting them expire. This is according to Domainer Income’s data on trends in domain name refunds and domain names that have expired.
