Demand Media To Go Public
By Anna Johnson on April 17th, 2010Demand Media – the owner of how-to information sites such as eHow and the world’s largest domain name wholesaler, eNom, among other businesses – has hired investment bank Goldman Sachs to file an initial public offering (IPO).
The company – which is expected to make $250 million in revenue this year – plans to file its IPO by August 2010 at a valuation of USD $1.5 billion.
