David Cohen – serial entrepreneur, investor and co-founder of seed fund and mentoring group, TechStars, will host the first Open Angel Forum Colorado (OAFCO) event on February 3, 2010 in Boulder, Colorado.

Boulder based venture capitalist Brad Feld, and Open Angel Forum founder Jason Calacanis, will join David at the event, where local and other startups will be able to pitch their business ideas in the hopes of getting angel funding.

According to David, the first OAFCO event will follow the format established at the recent Los Angeles Open Angel Forum event. David expects five companies to pitch their ideas to 10-15 angels. There are also five paid tickets available to service providers wanting to sponsor the event.
