ClickTale and Contactology Offer Post-Click Analytics For Email

By Anna Johnson on November 2nd, 2009

Clicktale, which tracks what people do (click on, spend time on, etc) on a given website, and Contactology, a provider of email marketing and online survey technologies, have partnered to give Internet marketers the ability to track consumer behavior from email to website.

Clicktale users will now be able to check a box and then literally track everything their email subscribers do from the moment they click on a link to the moment they hit the website.

According to the press release:

“You can literally follow their every mouse move, click, scroll and keystroke all the way through to their online conversion or checkout. And if the subscriber doesn’t convert, ClickTale will show you exactly where and when you lost your potential customer, allowing you to easily and efficiently catch up on lost sales.”

ClickTale is offering its own customers a 20 percent discount, and Contactology customers a $20 discount, to take advantage of the combined solution. For more information visit Clicktale.com
