2. Your ad must must relate to Internet marketing, be text based, and contain no more than the specified maximum number of characters (for classified ads) or words (for endorsed mailings and premium ads), including the headline, body text and link. Your ad may be an affiliate offer.
3. We reserve the right to edit or reformat your ad. We also reserve the right to reject any ads we regard as inappropriate. We will send you a prompt refund if we reject your ad.
4. Paid ads will be published on the date of your choice, subject to availability. If we can’t run your ad when requested we’ll liaise with you in order to determine an alternative date.
5. Your ad must be lawful and not infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights. In particular, if you are advertising an affiliate offer you must do so only as permitted by the relevant merchant. You indemnify us for any costs we incur in defending a claim that your ad is unlawful or infringes someone’s rights.
6. We cannot and do not guarantee the effectiveness of advertising in Kikabink News.
