12Seconds.tv – Twitter For Video
By Anna Johnson on August 26th, 2008Currently in private alpha, 12Seconds.tv proposes to be the “Twitter” of video. As its name suggests, users will be able to post 12 second videos to everyone who follows them.
12Seconds.tv is currently offering an application programming interface (API) for developers who want to include the feature into their own applications.
